DM-AFB Sports and Fitness Center offers a waiting area with plasma TV, snack bar with sports drinks and coffee, a treadmill/bike room with children's playing area, an awesomely equipped free-weight and machine weight training room, a swimming pool, locker rooms with shower and sauna, basketball court, and a cardio machine room with 8 TV's.

DM-AFB Dang Soo Do Martial Arts has been providing quality martial arts in Tucson since November 7th, 2001. Before that, the Instructors were living and training in Korea receiving advanced training in the Martial Art of Tang (Dang) Soo Do.
